BambooHR Elite Analytics

The biggest thing I've shipped at BambooHR is the Elite Analytics package. It brings custom dashboards (powered by Omni) and an AI report generation agent to HR teams who aren't data scientists.

The challenge was making advanced analytics accessible without dumbing it down. HR leaders need real insights from their data, but they don't have time to learn a BI tool. We built something that lets them ask questions in plain language and get reports that actually make sense.

It launched to 88 NPS, which for an analytics product is about as good as it gets. The product is now a core part of BambooHR's Elite tier and a major differentiator in the market.
