BambooHR Reporting Platform

At BambooHR, I lead the Reporting & Analytics product area. Beyond Elite Analytics, a big chunk of my work has been rebuilding the core reporting platform that every BambooHR customer uses.

The new report builder consolidated multiple data sources into one tool, cut report generation time by 80%, and added a live preview so HR admins could see exactly what their report would look like before creating it. We also added power-user features like column aggregations, row freezes, filtering, and group-by, all while keeping the interface simple enough that someone who's never touched a BI tool could pick it up.

The reporting platform overall is one of the things I'm most proud of at BambooHR. It went from a basic export tool to something that actually changes how HR teams make decisions.
