Dreamyr

Dreamyr is a mobile app that uses language models to help you understand your dreams. You log a dream when you wake up, and it gives you a thoughtful interpretation. Over time, it tracks patterns and recurring themes.

I started this because I was fascinated by how good LLMs are at symbolic interpretation. Dreams are full of patterns and metaphors, and it turns out language models are surprisingly good at pulling meaning from them. The app is built with React Native and Expo, which has been a great learning experience for mobile development.

It's still a work in progress, but it's one of those projects where the process of building it has been as interesting as the product itself.
