Veras

Veras was an AI-powered scheduling platform where I served as Head of Product. I joined early and led the product through finding product-market fit and scaling to about 1.5 million active users.

The product used AI to handle the back-and-forth of scheduling, something that sounds simple but is surprisingly hard to get right. People have strong preferences about their time, and an AI that gets it wrong even once loses trust quickly. A lot of my work was figuring out how to make the AI reliable enough that people would actually let it manage their calendar.

We grew revenue from zero to over $100K MRR. I managed Product, Design, and Customer Success, and learned a ton about what it takes to build in ambiguous, uncharted territory.
